Steps to get there

Some of my agents failed to load in the Agent loader, so I downloaded them and loaded the file to the prebulkloader to figure out why

Problem

I don't understand the error I am getting when trying to load data that came directly from Arctos to Arctos

So I can see what is happening, the agent loader download puts "" in places that should have nothing. Can we fix that?
