Feature Request - review of Agents created by students

It would be helpful to review agents created by OGL students. QC is even more important given that these records are shared with everyone else in Arctos.

Add some curatorial review for Agents

How might we accomplish your goals?

A notification for recently created agents? Some way to put agents entered into a holding place for review before final load?

Have students report agents they have created so supervisors can review. (A manual process)

This seems like a fairly reasonable idea, but not sure how it would work in the real world....

Please assign a priority-label. Unprioritized issues gets sent into a black hole of despair.

This can be searched now and I can build reports or provide SQL or whatever, but it also seems to be nothing more than a symptom of being stuck in the middle between two systems. We should address the problem rather than whacking at symptoms.

If #6813 goes one way, then agents should all have sufficient disambiguating data and it shouldn't much matter who created them.

If #6813 goes the other way, Agents will be expected to include low-quality duplicates and etc., and again it won't much matter who created them.

(Not sure what being stuck here means, but it's not very comfortable!)
