Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
ArctosDB/arctos#7998 needed a varchar list. I wasn't able to find a way compatible with writeSQL to inline that.
Describe what you're trying to accomplish
Make getting at data easy.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would have been handy if the listerizer could take a,b and spit out 'a','b', along with the usual.
a,b
'a','b'
Describe alternatives you've considered
Lots, but all are a little twitchy.
Additional context
Seems to be low demand for this, but should also be an easy implementation.
Priority
None?
Going next task, I know how to do this.
