The main thing in this issue to keep the footer at the bottom but for all devices it is accessible without being broken. Sorry if I was unclear.

Sure! I could use your help on the contribute to TimeConv page, as @julien-aw helped with the time conversion links pages.

So the problem is that the footer is showing incorrectly on all devices and I want the pages to be able to be compatible with all devices and adjust for the device.
