I have i7 10th gen, 32gb ram, 8 gb vram, enterpriese network with 1 gb fiber, but my scan under windows fluctuates at a maximum 5 kpps, averaging at 1 kpps. Using a raspberry pi on the same network, peaks 40 kpps. Can windows speeds be improved?
