Binaries added to repository

Binaries (plugin.dll) are added to repository. This increases the repository size unnecessarily.

Before integration into the VCV library can proceed, please remove the plugin.dll binary (and any other binaries built in the build process) from the repository.

Note that it is not enough to just remove via commit, because the binaries need to be removed from the repository history as well. Please either recreate a clean repository without the binaries or use BFG Repo Cleaner to remove the binaries.
