Actionbar option as Glow Frame type

WeakAuras currently supports frame glowing but they have to be manually set by the user.

I managed to implement support for automatic actionbar button finding under the Actions tab.
It currently uses a custom library I made, but it can easily be replaced when Ascension adds their own implementation.

Note that even though it works from within the Actions menu, it still needs to be added to the Conditions tab.

I am attaching a zip of the edited Weakauras addon as a proof of concept
