条纹问题解决了，重新写了一下segnet模块的代码，把论文中说的位置信息加进去了（网上搜Keras写的Segnet代码，当然训练和预测的时候会遇到一些小问题，网上都有解决方案），作者给的segnet代码和论文有一些出入，写出来避免后人再陷入这个问题吧 #72
