Change Notes

• New option: to decide whether set the camera position back to where it
  left beforehand after leaving any mode.

Fix

• Walk-Through mode would select citizens now.
• Pressing ESC to exit won't pause the game.
• Hovering & clicking other UI elements becomes smoother
