Don't show unknown info on main screen #446

These values should be omitted on the main screen, instead of showing "Unknown"

Examples:

  • "Stop clock in last 2 minutes"
  • "Water Ref 1"
  • "Water Ref 2"
  • "Water Ref 3"
  • "Chief Ref"
  • "Timer/Scorekeeper"
