Reflected spells use Target as spell source for calculations.
e.g. Siphon Life reflected by a Warrior doesn't heal the Warlock and does pitiful amount of damage.

Spell reflect works fine for direct damage spells, properly uses caster's spell power and does full damage on reflect.

Does not capture the correct spell power for DOTs such as Siphon Life and Corruption.
