Uploading a large list fails

7.5k species list upload attempt fails, after spinning for a long time. The user can then click the create button again resulting in a duplicate.

Console reports a CORS issue, but it works for smaller lists so this might be something else.

Access to fetch at 'https://lists-ws.dev.ala.org.au/ingest' from origin 'https://lists.test.ala.org.au/' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

The failed upload of the longer list appears in the front page (if public) but clicking on the list shows an error:
