Improve Repositories menu

"What": What is your idea?

To avoid extra clicks, would it be possible to have just one view when clicking Repositories?

"Why?": Why would this be impactful?

Currently clicking it brings the Default tab and it’s not actionable in any way. Only clicking Manual allows to select individual repos. What would be more helpful is to have only the Manual view with all repos already selected by default and a button to Unselect (clear selection) and Select all (which is already there).
