Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new site in ES
  2. Edit the homepage
  3. Scroll down and check the Subscription Form in the editor

What I expected

I expected to be able to preview edit that block

What happened instead

The block appears broken.

Browser / OS version

MacOS 10.13.6 (17G2307)
Google Chrome 79.0.3945.88
