Currently, we allow sending previews as emails via "pre-publish" panel:

We can also allow previews directly in the editor canvas, or in new tab. The rendering would need to happen in the backend using the same methods as emails use.

UI-wise, we can start from the same sidebar placement as the current preview, or preferably allow extending Gutenberg preview menu in the post editor and have something directly there.
