The Related Posts that display in the footer should have a clear: both style -- otherwise, if the last item in the content is floated, the related posts block will 'sneak up' next to it.

(Ditto the "after content" widget area)

Ended up adding a fix with #761, since it's a pretty big refactor of these styles already.
