Incorrect Time Remaining Shown When Scrubbing Through Podcast with Chapters

Description

The time remaining should show how much is left in the episode (or possibly the chapter), but instead will show 00:00 while scrubbing past the current chapter.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Play a podcast episode that includes chapters — I tested with this episode: https://pca.st/episode/d9fb4740-03e2-46ba-87ca-ce4dbd02f930
2. Use the scrub bar to scrub through the episode.
3. Notice that the time remaining changes to show the amount of time left in the current chapter.
4. Notice that once you've scrubbed past the end of the current chapter, the time remaining will always show 00:00.

I was able to recreate the issue on my iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 17.7.2 using Pocket Casts 7.77.1.
