WPML: Users answers not deleted after removing the user from the course and progress reset #7584

Problem:
When we remove a user from a course and the user submitted answers in the translated course, the answers are not deleted.

How to reproduce:

Create a course with a lesson with a quiz and at least one question.
Translate the course to another language.
As a student, take the translated course on the frontend, submit your answers for the quiz.
Go to the backend and remove the student from the course.
As a student, open the quiz.

Expected:
There is no previous state for the quiz.

Actual:
You see a message on top saying X/Y question completed.
