Time Format in Note Information Mismatched

Expected

The Modified and Last Sync time and date stamp in the note information panel will use consistent formatting.

Observed

The Modified time shows as text for the month and Last Sync shows a number for the month. The Modified time shows seconds and Last Sync time does not.

Where did you see the bug

Reproduced on Mac OS 10.15.7 using Firefox 82 to visit app.simplenote.com and in the Electron Mac version 2.0.0
