Improve file export and error handling on site-list command

Raising this issue to track export saving issues that might arise, including the ones experienced here and here.
Additionally, the export write to file operations should ideally be in a subfolder of the root team51-cli folder, and we should be checking for folder existence, checking permissions, creating the folder if needed, and failing gracefully for permission or folder creation issues.
