Twenty Twenty: Hide Homepage Title is Missing on WoA (AT) sites

Steps to replicate

Activate the latest version of the theme (1.4) on AT site, navigate to WordPress.com > My Sites > Design > Customize > Homepage Settings.

Result

See no Hide Homepage Title checkbox

I can see the missing Hide Homepage Title on a self-hosted site (https://jurassic.ninja/) using 1.4 of Twenty Twenty Theme.

Expected

See the Hide Homepage Title option as it is the case with version 1.3-wpcom on AT sites and also on all simple sites.

👋 I've updated the Twenty Twenty version on WordPress.com to 1.4-wpcom. I tested on a simple site and this option was available. I think that should solve it for Atomic sites as well, once the changes sync over there.

We have exactly the same issue with the HEVER Theme. We are missing Hide Homepage Title on a self-hosted site.

Also Colors & Backgrounds is missing amongst the Customizing options.

@felivix The colors functionality currently relies on infrastructure that's specific to WordPress.com, but hiding the page title is something that could definitely be made available outside of WordPress.com. I've opened an issue here to track that: #3234

I think that should solve it for Atomic sites as well, once the changes sync over there.

I just run a quick test and I am seeing the "Hide Homepage Title" option in a WoA (AT) site using Twenty Twenty.

I am also seeing this option when trying Hever, @felivix.
