We'd like to launch the Course theme everywhere on Dotcom - p6rkRX-6Tu-p2. As a good first step, we will start by soft launching it for a8c-only testing, which should hopefully result in more rigorous testing and reporting of bugs.

We should start by pinging Ian Stewart in the Marvel channel on Slack, and he will connect us with the right developer to help.

This card is a dependency for Automattic/wp-calypso#84348.
