Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Editor
  2. Resize to 660px - 960px
  3. Scroll
  4. The sticky panel is going over the nav bar

I'm guessing this is added so the text below the panel will not be visible when scrolling.

@Kuzmanov: Can you add the browser you used?

I was not able to reproduce on Chrome and Firefox.

@Tug Chrome 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit) on OS X 10.11.1
