Editor: Blank page (Windows 10, Desktop App)

This is a report on behalf of another person via support ticket. When editing a post using the desktop app under Windows 10, sometimes their app becomes completely blank. This does not occur using the editor on the web. The person is not sure exactly how to reproduce the issue, but it happens regularly.
