When I search for a tag or category that doesn't exist, I rightfully get the "No Results Found" message. If I then press "Add New Tag," it would be awesome if we prefill the new tag/category name field with my search term.

I can envision a use case where I search for a tag to see if it already exists. If not, I'd like to create it. Pre-filling the tag name field could save me a few extra keystrokes as a nice surprise.
