Current Behavior

Replace https://github.com/Availity/availity-workflow/tree/master/packages/mock-data and https://github.com/Availity/availity-workflow/tree/master/packages/mock-server with 3rd party mock system.

Suggested Solution

Replace with https://github.com/mswjs/msw
