Avalonia.Labs.Gif NuGet Package

Hi all!

I appreciate the work you all have done. I was wondering if you plan to release a NuGet package for Avalonia.Labs.Gif in the next release.

I have noticed that the old repo (Avalonia.Gif) didn't and was wondering if that's to be expected here.

If some additional work is needed to get this across the line, I am willing to chip in and help out.

There is no additional work left, except testing, and finding time/priority to create a release.
For now, you can use this repo as a submodule and test if Avalonia.Labs.Gif works for you well.
