CompiledBinding doesn't work with StaticResource as Source #5036

example this xaml code doesn't work with CompiledBindings on, but works fine with Compiled binding turned off:

...
xmlns:sys="clr-namespace:System;assembly=netstandard"
...
      <Grid>
        <Grid.Resources>
          <sys:String x:Key="testKey">test</sys:String>
        </Grid.Resources>
        <TextBlock x:DataType="sys:String" x:CompileBindings="True" Text="{Binding Source={StaticResource testKey}}" />
      </Grid
