Overview

When syncing a large number of blocks, the archiver does not emit enough information to let the operator know what it is doing. It simply prints syncing from block genesis to the current block.

We need move verbose logging to output incremental progress of the syncing operation

(context; I'm a DevOps Engineer at ZKV we've run validators and provers on the last few testnets)
A progress log that shows the target block and last synched block (maybe with an estimated time and %) every few seconds would be amazing!
