Bash cannot find bb after installing through bbup #9992

After installing bb with bbup, bash cannot find the bb binary when just calling bb. See CI failure here

This is UX regression compared to the old bbup. I've also seen complaints in discord about this.

also dependencies arent installed, running it directly where its installed complains about missing libraries:

  • jq
  • commander
  • async
  • rimraf
  • winston
    etc
