Queues a project to be created
New-AzDevOpsProject [-Name] <String> [[-Description] <String>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
This function provides a way to quickly and easily create a new Azure Devops project. The Name parameter is currently the only required parameter.
