Old Default Version

The default version is "0.15.0". The current release is "1.3.0".

We need to update this because the versions of cert-manager.io in that default are still alpha. Any code dependent upon "v1" won't work with the default.

Have you had a chance to play with cert manager v1.3.0 with this module? If so, does it work and you're just suggesting we should change the default, or is it broken and we ned to update other aspects of the module?

I've configured the Missouri Demo to use v1.3.0 of cert manager and it seems to be working fine. We need the update so we get GA releases of the CRDs, rather than alpha and beta.
