[Feature] AZ AKS GET-SKU to view; SKU's in specific zones in a given region, Reserved Instances, allowed SKU #4630

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As an AKS service user I quickly need to view what SKU that i can use, what zone they are available in, can I deploy them in my sub, view Reserved Instances, what is my quota or if a SKU is limited/under usage pressure.

A view could be something like this:

I wrote the code above to create the overview here: Link

Describe alternatives you've considered

If a user could be allowed to look up the specific region or let the user enter the Kubernetes cluster they are using and bring forth that info.
Navigating the portal to find a complete view of the above example is time-consuming, challenging, and long.
