Navigate to Data before batch account loaded throws an error.

Open batch labs installed version, navigate to the Data menu item before the batch account has finished loading and the app throws an error that seems to disconnect the python service. It does clean itself up once the account has been loaded, but it would be good to prevent this error from happening in the first place.
