VM SKUs don't show up for certain regions #2440

Describe the bug
Some regions (e.g. EastUS2) will never load the VM SKUs when trying to create a new pool. The table just shows a blank page.

Expected behavior
VM SKU information should appear for pool creation no matter which region a user is using.
