Realised that the isTemplate function didn't include the schema version being used in our template, hence why all the rules were being skipped. |

I have a situation where I am scanning a number of ARM Templates and one of them is never scanned for Rules. I get Target Object ... has not been processed because no matching rules were found. What options do I have for trying to find out why this particular template does not fire any rules ? I know the template should fail because the schema version is 2014-04-01
