Need to set the priorityClassName to system-cluster-critical for NMI pods.
Remove cluster-service label - https://github.com/Azure/aad-pod-identity/blob/master/deploy/infra/deployment-rbac.yaml#L97 as this has been deprecated and was used by addon mgr.
