Node.js v10.16.3 is becoming available for App Service and Azure Functions.

To use, configure the App Setting WEBSITE_NODE_DEFAULT_VERSION to ~10 or 10.16.3. 10.16.3 is an LTS version of Node.js v10 that includes security updates around Denial of Service attacks (see ChangeLog).
