This project is in maintenance mode and will receive no further feature updates.
We will still release patches to address vulnerabilities and update dependencies when needed, but we will not add new capabilities or make other behavior changes.
If the current scope of this project meets your needs, you can continue to use it. This is not a deprecation announcement.
Longer term, we intend to integrate with Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi for apps on the isolated worker model. That integration will eventually replace this extension. We do not presently have a timeline for this effort, but we will provide updates here as they are available.
We will review existing issues and pull requests in this repository to identify items that still require action while in maintenance mode. Feature requests will be closed, but these will be included in the planning for future API description solutions. Responses to new issues and pull requests will be slow, but they will receive the same treatment.
Our thanks to the community for your engagement in this project. We still see API description as an important scenario, and we’re looking forward to bringing you a new solution.
