Switch from Grpc.Core to Grpc.Net.Client (#758)

* Upgraded protobuf versions and removed Grpc.Core dependency

* Updated channel and option types used

* Change channel credentials

* Added http prefix to url

* Add valid URL check and explicitly include credentials
