Our code uses this interface to get PublicIpAddress as below:

_return await this.networkClient.PublicIPAddresses.GetAsync(resourceGroupName, publicIpName);_

Mostly it works fine. But sometimes for the first call after public ip created, it gets stuck for several minutes and fails due to TaskCanceledException. Within that excetpion, there is no detailed info (like http response, error code/logs, etc.)
Is this a known issue? Or any insights how to further trouble shoot the root cause?
