Authorizations - no stable API release in 6 years? #12419

Checking out the Authorizations package, the last stable release was in 2015 - but there's been 4 years of Previews since:

Given these API's have been in Preview for 4 years, presumably a newer Stable API is available but undocumented? If so, can it be documented?
