Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I use the azure-spring-boot-starter-storage and upload file/blob, it's not possible to set the content type. For example, when I try to upload a PDF file and to preview it using the blob/file URL, it's not preview-able.

Describe the solution you'd like
When uploading the blob/file, it's possible for me to specify, or the program can infer the file's content type via its suffix.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
None
