[FEATURE REQ] Investigate new features for spring-cloud-azure-starter-keyvault-secrets

Context

There are a lot of features that supported in spring-vault and spring-cloud-vault, but not supported in spring-cloud-azure-starter-keyvault-secrets.

For example:

• spring-vault supports VaultBytesKeyGenerator and VaultBytesEncryptor. Refs: https://docs.spring.io/spring-vault/docs/2.3.1/reference/html/#vault.misc.spring-security
• spring-vault supports feature of Vault Repositories. Refs: https://docs.spring.io/spring-vault/docs/2.3.1/reference/html/#vault.repositories
• spring-vault provide feature of @VaultPropertySource. Refs: https://docs.spring.io/spring-vault/docs/2.3.1/reference/html/#vault.core.propertysupport
• Vault Client Fail Fast
• Lease lifecycle management (renewal and revocation)
• Session token lifecycle management (renewal, re-login and revocation)
• etc..

Problem

Customer may need similar features provided by spring-vault and spring-cloud-vault.

Goal

List all features should be implemented in spring-cloud-azure-starter-keyvault-secrets.
