As part of #9648 we've added in support for the browser and added live testing as part of that.

I stopped short of adding in full recordings support due to time constraints but enabling that and then filling out the unit tests target would be good for cheap and fast coverage on the browser.

The recordings have been updated when migrating to the new recorder at this PR.
