Is there a way to create Identity Experience Framework TokenSigningKeyContainer and TokenEncryptionKeyContainer with Policy Keys for b2c tenant?

I'm trying to achieve a similar setup for Custom Policies as described here
im able to create applications with graph-bicep-types and all necessary settings

• but still, I need to create the signing key and the encryption key with containers

I'll appreciate any help and suggestions, is it even possible to automate it somehow with bicep? Maybe through deployment scripts or msgraph requests?

"Old school B2C" isn't IaC-friendly by nature. If I remember correctly the token containers need to be done in the portal as part of the initial setup. Afterwards you can automate the rest through a combo of PowerShell/CLI:
