We cannot really guarantee stability in emulated environments, because typically the tools for emulation (Rosetta2, QEMU) don't perfectly emulate the architecture.

We should add a disclaimer to our documentation to explain this.

@anthony-c-martin - The majority of the problems appear to be linked to the Bicep extension in Visual Studio Code. Does this pertain exclusively to the extension?
