fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: "uv.h". in outprocess_loader.c
I think the path of "uv.h" has not been loaded in this file.

Hello @ylb789456, we are tracking this issue on #218. The workaround is to use the --disable-native-remote-modules flag with build.cmd script.
