MLZ/UI Docker Image Export

Benefit/Result/Outcome
Issue will resolve issues with deploying MLZ on an airgapped cloud and clarify the process to do so.

Description
Current deployment instructions and code don't have an adequate image export command to allow the user to build the docker image artifact to be moved up an airgapped network. Additionally missing required command sed for needed initialization of the mlz terraform templates.

Acceptance Criteria

• Documentation describing how to export a docker image and how to load it to another environment
• Export command/script that performs a docker build, saves the image, and compresses it for movement.
