Deploy Compliance part to brownfield management groups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We would like to do an rollout of the compliance part of this solution at a customer with an existing management group hirarchy and subscriptions / landing zones.

Describe the solution you'd like
To be able to override the opinionated management group naming conventions and provide existing management group names/ids. Ideally via a top level parameter.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We are currently modifing the existing bicep files to match our needs.
